During a time when my poster work slowed down, my desire to make posters did not! So, I created a personal project to keep limber and have an excuse to make big, juicy, weird images.

 

I love the idea of Obscure Holidays and decided to make one poster per month celebrating these weird days. These 24 x 36 inch posters were featured at a solo show in 2019 as part of the Ballard Art Walk, in Seattle.

 

I sold a lot of National Bologna Day and National Pickle Day prints that night, to my surprise and delight. You can now buy them as greeting cards in my shop.
